Autoclave. The artist, presents a (unique?) story
Autoclave. We ignore what happened immediately before the scene or what will happen afterwards; although Simon Altkorn's photographs always demand from the spectator the potencial allusion to a narrative chain that is, in itself, absent. In this new exhibition, the artist, presents a (unique?) story that is spread out in diverse scenes, a story board of some kind that contains, as well, a film. Circular, as the industrial sterilization apparatus that operates, at the same time as a real dispositive and as a metaphore, the story builds its characters in a game of reversible mirrors. Altkorn has imagined a drama where the external events are mixed with psicological and emotional processes. During the opening night, November 5th, the video that originated this series of works will be screened at 20 and 21:30 hs. Free entrance.
