SFIAE opening night
Join the San Francisco Art Institute at the Opening Night Preview on Thursday, January 15, 2004 - the perfect way to kick off the San Francisco International Art Exposition. This gala event brings private collectors, art enthusiasts, museum curators, and the entire art community to Fort Mason before the Exposition opens to the public. Proceeds from the Opening Night Preview benefit the scholarship and financial aid programs of the San Francisco Art Institute.
Generously sponsored by JPMorganChase, and described by San Francisco Chronicle art critic Kenneth Baker as "consistently the toniest art party of the year," the Opening Night Preview draws over 1,500 art enthusiasts each year and provides opportunities for collectors and art patrons to be the first to visit the Exposition, and the first to purchase artwork from over 100 international modern and contemporary art galleries.
