Food + Design + Form = Art

Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimo', New York

The exposition explores two aspects of food design. The artisinal designs are unique works of art, such as plates and platters that are specifically designed as art objects. Industrial designs are prototypes of utilitarian objects such as forks, knives, and toothpicks that can be (and likely will be) mass-produced.
