New works in bronze and marble. The small bronzes are all named after distant cities which Archer has visited such as Nara or Fez and cities he longs to go to such as Mandalay and Bamako. The pieces were roughed out on scraps of paper whilst sitting in cafes in Tangier and Fez in the summer of 2000.

The marble works
explore the translucency of marble which Archer is now developing as a
vehicle for video projection of elemental images.
