Acoustic and visual spaces in Zizkov monument
During the Prague contemporary art festival various exhibitions will be presented at historic locations throughout the centre of Prague and the surrounding region during the seven-week festival. Approximately 70 artists from countries including Canada, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Mexico, Switzerland, Sweden, and the United States, as well as local Czech artists, will be on view.
Zizkov Monument on Vitkov Hill will be the setting of some sound based art installations, created or readapted by international artists as site specific works, in relation with the monument and its history.
