Solo show

This is the first public show by sculptor and designer, Stephen Kosinski since the days of the Propeller Studio (1989-1992). Kosinski’s latest work consists of multiple objects of metal, wood or paper mounted individually on the wall to create a complete thought. Kosinski describes the process as “3- dimensional sketching," equating each object to the stroke of a charcoal stick on rough paper-even though a computer is used to work out everything from the concept to the mathematical archiving of each commission.

Kosinski’s work has appeared in gallery and museum exhibitions in Michigan and New York, including having work in the Challenge of the Chair exhibit at the DIA in 1991.
