This exhibition brings together an extensive collection of posters produced by Antoni Ta'pies between 1950 and the present day.
Fundacio' Antoni Ta'pies presents a large selection of posters done by Antoni Ta'pies since 1960 which reflect his political and social commitment. The predominant theme is clearly linked to Catalonia, especially the time of repression and lack of freedom under the Franco dictatorship. Later, at the height of the democratic process in Spain, the posters acquired a more universal character, with a concern for social and humanitarian issues, not forgetting his cultural environment and his love of music, film, poetry and literature.
