Victims of Guantanamo Bay. The monument consists of metal plates engraved with the names of the 759 prisoners having been detained or still are, at the US Naval Base of Guantanamo Bay. The inauguration will take place in the presence of the artist and two French prisoners living in Venissieux: Nizar Sassi and Mourad Benchellali.
