with paintings and drawings of Franziska Klotz and Vanessa von Heydebreck
in Berlin from September 06th until October 06th 2007.
The opening will be held on September 06th 2007 and the artists will be present.
Franzisak Klotzes figurative works on canvas are a glimpse of moments -
a snap shot, a part of the daily life. By viewing her works vividly, one
can sense how the eye begins to wonder and the ear to tremble. Do to her
chosen technique of applying paint and different mediums on canvas, the
viewer is on a steady journey of viewing and finding - one can feel the
real.
The drawings of Vanessa von Heydebreck show her inner most thoughts and
feelings. She is not afraid to present intimate aspects of her life or
fleeting moments. For Vanessa each and every though, moment or even
feeling - no madder how important or not - is worth mentioning and in
this case drawing. Her works are a reflection of her pronunciations,
friends, fears and everything else that makes life worth living. The
body of work has a real feel to it - full of humour and irony.
