Costa Vece & Christine Hill

both work close to reality. Costa Vece (*1969) shows with "Look back in Anger" a monumental shipwreck which is stranded in the calm waters of the museum world. Fact and fiction - how close, how far apart are they? The viewer gets further insight in the narrative structure by viewing the new video installation in the inside of the bow, which can be climbed into. The installation is distinguished by a high degree of intensity, an almost immediate dialogue with existential and emotional questions and meaningful aesthetic refraction. Emotional states such as melancholy and vulnerability emerge.

Christine Hill (*1968)combines artistic work with everyday life. In recent years, the "Volksboutique" has grown away from any concrete connection with the specific place as a secondhand shop in Berlin and has developed into a kind of travelling enterprise. Basically, it is a label under which different products are produced and specific forms of organisation are tested. The "Volksboutique" is a venue, a container for ideas and a sales platform. Under the title of "Organizational Ventures", the exhibition in the migros museum gives an insight into the range of the "Volksboutique" enterprise. A representative selection of products such as "Pilot", the "Making Of" a TV- Talkshow, and "Vendible" is introduced in the "Volksboutique Reference Library".
