Crossing the River: Manchester Before the Reform

Neher "Painting is continuously challenging. Putting a visual image of a three-dimensional object or person onto a two-dimensional surface, while still communicating what I want to communicate, keeps me in love with my work."
Lisa Neher is active in the Northern Virgina art scene and is an artist-in-residence at Jackson Art Center in Washington D.C.
