All three series of photo works included into this exhibition enable us to have a closer look at the most characteristic and problematic issues of the 90’s photography in Lithuania.

three attitudes and artistic positions united by single theme-women.
Nomeda Urboniene, Gintaras Trimakas and Stanislovas Bogdanavicius belong
to
different generations of artists in Lithuania.
It is marked by
difference of the
artistic strategies and their distinctive use of the photography media
itself.
All three series of photo works ('Periphery Look', 'Torsos' and 'From
the
Panevezys Women Prison') included into this exhibition enable us to have
a closer
look at the most characteristic and problematic issues of the 90’s
photography in
Lithuania.
Opening reception: Friday, January 11t h, from 7 to 10 PM.
Open:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday : 2 - 6.30 p.m
and
Saturday: 11 a.m - 2 p.m
