Retrospective. From the over 50year work of this important american photographer and cinematographer, a rare intensity and refinement emerge. Kenneth van Sickle (1932) is known for his atmospheric images engendered by the ubiquitous urban bohemia of Paris and New York. The exhibition offers a complete overview of this distinguished master, who studied with George Grosz, came early to photography, worked with Robert Frank, and exhibited with Duane Michaels.
