The exhibition addresses art as artifice through works that push spectators to accept, and even invent, fictions to match their initial perceptions. Between history and memory, truth and fiction, material evidence and indeterminable perceptions, these works require that we draw back the curtain to reveal their true nature. Works by Benoit Broisat, Stefan Bruggemann, James Hopkins, Gianni Motti, Damien Roach, Jamie Shovlin.
