Against the Grain. The opening of the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg in 1994 marked the beginning for its highly distinguished collection of contemporary art. On the occasion of the museum's 15th anniversary director Markus Bruderlin stages and presents the collection in a new light. The exhibition denotes a unique display that places works by established artists in dialog with the practices of a new artist generation.
