The Third Havana Biennial 1989. Afterall is pleased to announce the Amsterdam and London launches of Making Art Global (Part I): The Third Havana Biennial 1989. In this book, the second in Afterall's Exhibition Histories series, Rachel Weiss examines the ways in which the third edition of the Bienal de La Habana extended the global territory of contemporary art and redefined the biennial model.
