Contested Zones. A new site-specific installation, incorporating a large-scale wall-based piece, video and sculpture
Cubitt Gallery presents the first UK exhibition by Naples based artist Giulia Piscitelli: Contested Zones. Working in the space throughout August, Piscitelli will create a new site-specific installation, incorporating a large-scale wall-based piece, video and sculpture. Cubitt is an independent organisation controlled by its members: a community of over 30 artists dedicated to enlivening London's cultural communities. Cubitt upholds the importance of the artist-run space, and by virtue of its diverse studio, gallery and off-site activities, continues to promote national and international developments in visual culture. Private View: Friday 2 September 2011 , 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
