Le jardin des delices. Marion Laval-Jeantet and Benoit Mangin investigate another type of relation between the man, the animal and the nature. Installations, objects, videos and photos.
Collaborating under the name of “Art Orienté Objet”, the artist Marion Laval-Jeantet and Benoît Mangin come to invest the Museum of the Hunting and the Nature. They will present into the permanent collections, around thirty their works (installations, objects, videos and photos) which certain new and created specially for this temporary exhibition. They investigate another type of relation between the man, the animal and the nature.
The exhibition of the museum refers explicitly to the fantastic universe of The Garden of the delights painted by Jérome Bosch at the end of the Middle Ages: “We imagined "to appropriate" the title of Jérôme Bosch's famous painting in which he reveals his vision of a cosmogony where the animal and the man cross to form a fantastic biodiversity..."
