The Explosive Sonics of Divinity. Theater piece

Explosive Sonics of Divinity / Der Klang der Offenbarung des Gottlichen is a new theater piece featuring stage paintings by Ragnar Kjartansson and music composed by Kjartan Sveinsson. Taking inspiration from the novel World Light by the Icelandic Nobel laureate Halldor Laxness, Kjartansson and Sveinsson bring this literary romantic longing for beauty into a theatrical setting. A collaborative project between Volksbuhne, The Reykavlk City Theatre and the Reykjavik Arts Festival with support from Der Hauptstadtkulturfonds Berlin. 28-29-30 May from 8pm.
