Female Comedy in Crisis

Vanessa Stern, award-winning actress with sorrowful experience in classical theater, founded the Krisenzentrum fur weibliche Komik, Female Comedy Crisis Center, in 2010 while on scholarship at the Graduate School for the Arts at Berlin University of the Arts. The Center's mission is to explore gender-specific approaches to humor and elegantly stamp out the underrepresentation of female comics on the German stage. In the Salon of Aesthetic Experiments, Stern will celebrate the hyperbolic success story of her much-too-meteoric career ascent. An experiment.
