Is Paradise a crime scene? Participatory performance and the Forensic Turn

James Frieze, senior lecturer of Drama at Liverpool John Moores University, holds the third lecture within the lecture series "Regarding Objects: A Survey of the Forensic Turn". The series is organized by the research training group Visibility and Visualization at Potsdam University. It traces forensic methods and forms of presentation by looking at positions from art, art history, forensics, philosophy, and performance studies, and is a guest at KW's Studiolo every other Monday until July 6, 2015. Admission free, in English.
