Casino Luxembourg will be housing some fifteen works of light in movement, some of which have been designed specially for the occasion, works to transform the building into a bright jewel-case, a field of intense and yet somehow disturbing artistic radiation.
However, ON/OFF will also be taking over three major civil engineering structures in Luxembourg City: the Viaduct will be draped in festive garb thought up by Mischa Kuball, the Pont Adolphe is to be geometrically illuminated by Michel Verjux while the majestic Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte is to be reproduced in miniature and shine but only visible as a night photograph with flash thanks to an astute intervention by Simone Decker.
