This year the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) showcases three major forthcoming cultural events: Manchester International Festival, The Turner Prize and Liverpool - European Capital of Culture 2008. With keynote international speakers presenting established and new talent from the Northwest, and an exclusive preview performance from Manchester International Festival.
