An evening curated by Resonance fm's Ed Baxter
What links The Indian Mutiny, Leon Theremin, Donna Summer and the alluring whiff of WD-40? Find out in a free live concert of machine-music curated by Resonance 104.4 fm's programming director Ed Baxter. The evening will kick off with a short audiovisual lecture by Baxter about the Victorian-era Standard 54 carousel organ on Brighton seafront, before giving the stage to a range of contemporary machine-music players, who use everything from hand held music-boxes to theremin. Guests will include Sarah Angliss, Dan Wilson and Ben Barwise.
