A discussion that looks back at a year of international fellowships undertaken by UK-based artists. The programme builds on Arts Council, England's aim to allow artists to research and develop their practice, forging connections with international artistic communities. The fellowship programme 07/08 took Breda Beban to El Basilisco, Tim Davies to Organhaus, Karen Mirza and Brad Butler to Vasl, Open Music Archive to Makan and Nick Turvey to Khoj. Participating artists will join us for a discussion moderated by Alessio Antoniolli, Director of Gasworks & Triangle Arts Trust, in which they will talk about their experience of working in a different context, and also present work that was either made during or inspired by their fellowship.
