Miler Lagos, Gabriel Sierra and Alberto Baraya

Miler Lagos and Gabriel Sierra are joined by artist Alberto Baraya to discuss their works in the exhibition Everything has a name, or the potential to be named as well as present their individual practices. The discussion will take its starting point from the themes of the exhibition, however there will also be an opportunity to consider the artists' individual methodologies. While critically re-appropriating colonial interpretative systems in their works, at times each artist has taken on an approach more typically used in the fields of anthropological, scientific or historical research.
