Workshop Art in Public Space, It's Chances and Challenges
The aim of the workshop is to invite artists addressing through their work the issue of public space and art in public space (outside of the museum and gallery spaces) to participate in this intense 4 day event. The workshop will include both already established artists as also students from this field. Each participant is expected to be familiar with the publication before joining the workshop. The workshop is not about the book, nor is it a theoretical seminar. The workshop is a way to collectively think through critically yet constructively the various strategies of how to relate and reflect. In the context of the project ''Malleability Revisited: Beyond the Interstitial Experience, Expodium'' organizes in cooperation with the artists several performances, readings and artworks.
