Architect Jurgen Mayer H. and Italian artist Luca Pancrazzi will be presenting a collaborative work in the backroom of the gallery starting on the 24th of July. The exhibition 'twoways' examines the function of passages and hallways in terms of temporary occupation and also in terms of their multi-purpose, albeit short-term, function.

an opening reception on Wednesday,
the 24th of July at 7 PM.
Architect Jürgen Mayer H. and Italian artist Luca Pancrazzi will be
presenting a collaborative work in the backroom of
the gallery starting on the 24th of July.
The exhibition twoways' examines
the function of passages and hallways in
terms of temporary occupation and also in terms of their multi-purpose,
albeit short-term, function. Working with a
new definition for infrastructure, Mayer H. and Pancrazzi have taken their
own dialogue about the exhibition and made
of it the actual theme for the exhibition.
Two video works and a book of
correspondence between the collaborators will
be employed towards the articulation of this concept.
The project is taking place in participation with the architecture-based
exhibition series Rethinking: space, time,
architecture,' which coincides with the UIA (International Architect¹s
Union) to be held in Berlin from the 22nd through the
26th of July.
A catalogue has been produced in conjunction with the series and is
available at the gallery.
All spaces participating in
Rethinking..,' are taking part in open gallery night on July 24th from 5-11
PM, and the opening reception for
twoways will be the same night, starting at 7 PM.
müllerdechiara will present twoways' alongside Morceaux Choisis' by french
architect Dominique Perrault
until the 24th of August, Tuesday to Saturday, 12 -7 PM.
