In response to the multiple wars our government is fighting these days – the war in Iraq, the war on drugs, the war on terror, the war in Afghanistan – the two curators posed a question to twelve artists: “If you had the power to declare war, what would your own personal war be for or against.” The paintings, sculpture and installations present the artists’ answers to the question.
