Spatial Media Special

Netherlands Media Art Institute, Amsterdam

Group exhibition by young interdisciplinary artists. In Spatial Media Special nine young artists research new forms of presenting media art. All the participants are graduates from the Interfaculty Image and Sound in Den Haag, The Netherlands.

Group exhibition by young interdisciplinary artists

Rikkert Brok, Dirk Eijsbouts, Arnold Hoogerwef/Seema Ouweneel, Arthur Ivens, Peter Max, Shirley Niemans, Charlotte Wanhill and Jan Peter van der Wenden

In Spatial Media Special nine young artists research new forms of presenting media art. All the participants are graduates from the Interfaculty Image and Sound in Den Haag, The Netherlands.

Opening Friday 4 April 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

During the opening are two performances:
Pastiche!, a performance by Jan Peter van der Wenden (image) and Hubert-Jan Hubeek (sound).

PLAAT, a performance by Peter Max in collaboration with Arthur Ivens (image) and Ferenc Teglas (sound). PLAAT is a performance based on interrupted feedback both for image and sound.

Opening hours exhibition: Tuesday -Saturday 1:00 -6:00 p.m.
