Olu Oguibe (Nigeria) / William Kentridge (South Africa) - Next Flag 2
Next Flag is an itinerant programme of contemporary African art realised in partnership with seven European institutions to create a European network that should enhance the visibility of contemporary African artists. While Next Flag 1 featured Ingrid Mwangi (Kenya) / Robert Hutter (Germany) and Godfried Donkor (Ghana), Next Flag 2 will present the works of Olu Oguibe (Nigeria) and William Kentridge (South Africa).
In collaboration with Camouflage (Brussels), the European satellite of the centre of contemporary art of Africa
A project by Fernando Alvim and Simon Njami

Carine & Elisabeth Krecké
The work of the two Luxembourg artists is a reflection on the 'new face of the image'. Their work, which at first glance appears as photography, is in fact the result of a sophisticated technique mixing drawing and digital processing.
With the support of the Fonds Culturel National Luxembourg

Olaf Nicolai
Presentation by the German artist Olaf Nicolai of his installation Odds and Ends, a room hosting a series of publications realised in direct reference to exhibition projects and installations, either representing the projects themselves or serving as directions for use. With each new presentation the room's fitting-out, which reminds of 'a private interior on display'- wallpaper, clothes, a carpet, note books, posters, publications, CD-ROMs and souvenirs-is updated. Odds and Ends is a kind of retrospective where, in miniature, conceptual and formal associations between different works become apparent.
With the support of IFA

Christian Ragot
The largest presentation to date of works by the French designer Christian Ragot who, for the last forty years, has been casting a visionary eye on society through the object in the broad sense, from clothes to architecture.
With the support of Centre Culturel Français de Luxembourg
Curator: Enrico Lunghi
