Young Photographers Award Exhibition

Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Istanbul

Administered by the Moon and Stars Project of the American Turkish Society, it is awarded annually to encourage and support undergraduate students in Turkey.

The Young Photographers Award is given annually since 2010 by Haluk Soykan to encourage and support undergraduate students of photography in Turkey. Administered by Moon and Stars Project of the American Turkish Society, the program is made possible by a grant from Young Photographers Award Fund established by the donor, Haluk Soykan, at Turkish Philanthropy Funds.

The winner and two honorable honorable mentions were selected by Karen Haas, Lane Curator of Photographs of Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Sinem Yoruk of Elipsis Gallery, Istanbul. The winner is awarded $5,000 and honorable mentions each receive $2,500.
