Mixer will be hosting the group exhibition ‘Report’ by Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts Graphic Art and Design students between July 24th - August 2nd at Mixer. The exhibition brings together a structure consisting of books, posters and three dimensional functional objects.

The exhibition ‘Report’ consists of the latest productions of the students from Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts Graphic Art and DesignDepartment. These projects where experimentalism is in the foreground and where graphic design gets closer to different disciplines, are the outcomes of the techniques that the students developed throughout their education. The variety of the contexts and the way they were handled in the project form a selection that was filtered thru different personalities. Since design solution is built on a specific concept, a visuality suitable for the context’s world is provided. Design products such as poster, video and book, which gained their own value in addition to graphic design’s duty to inform and represent, offer new possibilities in form, illusturation, typography, concept and communication through new concepts.
