is to be opened by director Marith Hope, Riksutstillinger.

The exhibition DETOX Crossover Jam Culture/critical media-art by international artists.
Club Detox (Sørlandets Kunstmuseum), 6.-10. juli
The program includes artists’ talks, films and performances.

Detox is a collabaration between Sørlandets Kunstmuseum, The National Touring Exhibitions, Norway, Quart-festivalen og Office of Contemporary Art, Norway.

For the 12th year in a row, Norway's biggest music-festival kicks off in beautiful southern surroundings. The sea and sun haven't failed us so far but rather ensured that the Quart Festival remains an orgy in summer, party and music for six packed days.

National travelling exhibitions – The Quart festival

Detox is a travelling and unpredictable exhibition that brings critical media art to a number of cities in Scandinavia, from Tromsø to Stockholm, and enters into new constellations wherever it is on display. The exhibition's core consists mainly of works by internationally well-known artists. In Kristiansand, in the South of Norway, the exhibition is to co-operate with the Quart music festival.
