'Sputnik Project: reflections of space' consists of a viewing chain, which starts or ends in the Kunstverein lobby redesigned by Apolonija Sustersic in 2002 as part of the restart of the institution. A modest presentation which deals with the history of Heimo Zobernig's mirror, a mirror that reflected this space 1992 until 2002. The next station will be the Diana Temple in the Hofgarten where Leiderstam is installing a series of monocular bird scopes and shaving mirrors to reflect the temple as a space for viewing.

Room at the Residence Museum (room 100)
REFLECTIONS OF SPACE consists of a viewing chain, which starts or
ends in the Kunstverein lobby redesigned by Apolonija Sustersic in
2002 as part of the restart of the institution. In the lobby Matts
Leiderstam is showing a modest presentation, which deals with the
history of Heimo Zobernig’s mirror, a mirror that reflected this
space 1992 until 2002. The next station will be the Diana Temple in
the Hofgarten where Leiderstam is installing a series of monocular
bird scopes and shaving mirrors to reflect the temple as a space for
viewing. The artist also recommends a visit to the Silver Room in the
Residence Museum (room 100) to take a closer look at a painting of
the royal silver servant Joseph Hölzl, portrayed together with shiny
and reflective silver ware, painted by Peter Jakob Horemans in 1773.
