Annette Kosak & Guests - Gaia (Capitulacion luminosa del Pentagono). The artist continues her project in progress that will take place over a six month period. For the second part of Screams of Consciousness, she will transform the entrance hall into a convivial, festive space, inhabited by mysterious waves.

Annette Kosak continues her project in progress that will take place over a six month period at attitudes. For the second part of Screams of Consciousness, she will transform the entrance hall into a convivial, festive space, inhabited by mysterious waves. Around fifteen multicoloured garlands in Plexiglas, each surmounted by a projector directing a glistening radiance through them and forming a disk of light on the floor which has been covered in silver confetti. The atmosphere created could thus be one of a party in preparation or the trace of a past event. The installation is completed by a soundtrack specially composed by the experimental musician, Arnold Ives, who during the opening night will play the Theremin live. Annette Kosak's other guest, Patrick Gyger, director of the Maison d'ailleurs, will present on another night a selection of science-fiction films accompanied by a personal commentary.
Annette Kosak's environment is the only element which will remain permanently from the 7th April to the 7th May. As this piece encourages a sensual, communal experience, it will be an ideal welcome for the public coming to see the evening events.
