Fascinated by the transformation of materials through artistic intervention and exposure to the elements of air, fire and water, artist first approached plastic in the early 1980s and developed a way to manipulate and expose the qualities of industrial plastics though heat. She redefines shapes, colors and textures of materials such as rodhoid and forex through heating and burning the plastics.
