The exhibition will consist of works on paper by the five founding artists behind the french formation, Isabelle Boinot, Frederic Fleury, Emmanuelle Pidoux, Frederic Poincelet and Stephane Pringent.
fette's gallery is delighted to present the first exhibition in Los
Angeles by the French collective Frédéric Magazine.
The exhibition will consist of works on paper by the five founding
artists behind the formation, Isabelle Boinot, Frédéric Fleury,
Emmanuelle Pidoux, Frédéric Poincelet and Stéphane Pringent.
Frédéric Magazine started in 2004 with a website dedicated to drawings
and featuring artists from various horizons which all had to playfully
lose their first name and be credited as a Frédéric in order to appear
online.
Two volumes have been published since the creation of the collective.
Frédéric Magazine have recently been shown at the Galerie Regala in
Bordeaux, Nog Gallery in London and at the Grand Palais in Paris.
