The Louvre invites comic-strip art

Whoever would have thought that the Louvre would one day exhibit comic-strips? Yet the museum has given carte blanche to art and the imagination, so as to enable two rich universes - the Louvre's and the comic-strip artist's - to come together or inhabit the same fiction. In addition to the selection of original plates by Nicolas de Crecy, Marc-Antoine Mathieu, Eric Liberge and Bernard Yslaire, several hitherto-unseen drawings will be presented. Curated by Fabrice Douar, service Editions, musee du Louvre.
