There Was A Bad Tree

For the SI, Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone will install a stainless steel floor printed with an undulating wave pattern. Within this constructed stage, speakers will be imbedded and will amplifiy seminal spoken-word poet John Giorno's piece entitled, 'There Was A Bad Tree'.

This installation provides the platform for the interaction of Urs Fischer's drawings and sculpture, who has been invited to participate in the exhbition by Rondinone and Giorno.
