La substance du Design. Developed in close collaboration with the Patrick Jouin and his team, the exhibition explores the designer's creative process through objects and visual materials illustrating some twenty projects representative of the work of the agency he founded ten years ago. The public will in this way be offered a behind-the-scenes look at a design agency that deploys objects, scenarios, texts, drawings, projections, samples, prototypes and scale models in a complex internal dialogue that serves as the medium for the chemistry - or alchemy - of creative design. Born in 1967, Patrick Jouin is one of the major actors in contemporary design in France and across the world. Since 1999, his Paris distinguished itself by the diversity of its practice: architecture design and exhibition design as well as product and furnitur from street furniture to high-quality artisanal productions.
