Open Studios. Guedes will display work from an ongoing project entitled Odd and Even Pages from the Wonders of the 20th Century. In a series of diptychs, Guedes generates new relations and narratives from the imagery on the book's pages. Umesh will display a set of works drawn from his research, using basic materials alongside every-day objects and photography. These works will address some of his formal concerns including his interest in materiality and - in his words - the idea of 'impoverished materials'. Friday 25 march 6-9pm, saturday 26 12-6pm. Admission free.
