Parcours is the sector which engages the city's historical quarters with site-specific sculptures, interventions, and performances by renowned international artists and emerging talents. For its fifth edition, Parcours transforms a variety of unique locations on and around Rheingasse in Kleinbasel, a five-minute walk from Messeplatz. Presenting high-caliber works by renowned international artists, Parcours engages with Basel's past and present, weaving 15 artistic interventions into the fabric of this historic neighborhood. Works by: Francesco Arena, Darren Bader, Gottfried Bechtold, Pierre Bismuth, Jean-Luc Blanc, Chris Burden, Ryan Gander, Mario Garcia Torres, Mark Handforth, Iman Issa, Joao Penalva, Seth Price, Eva Rothschild, Guido van der Werve, and Zeng Fanzhi.
