C’era una volta un buffo seme di Mangrovia Rossa. Galleggiando piano tra le foreste degli alberi già grandi arrivò vicino all’isola e al vecchio ponte, si fermò e guardandosi attorno pensò che fosse un bel posto dove mettere radici. Tutti i giorni poteva vedere il tramonto, l’acqua era sempre fresca grazie alle correnti, I pesci erano suoi amici e soprattutto non c’erano spiagge in cui i turisti andavano a fare il bagno rischiando di schiacciarlo o barche troppo vicine alla riva.

Once upon a time there was a funny red mangrove seed. Floating slowly through the forests of already grown trees, it arrived near the island and the old bridge, stopped and looked around, and thought that this would be a good place to put down its roots. Every day it could watch the sunset, the water was always cool thanks to the currents, the fish were his friends, and above all there weren’t any beaches where tourists could step on it or boats too close to the shore.
